Fig and Spoon is a catering, private chef and recipe creator company, run by me, William Mowbray. I am based in northern Spain but work predominantly across the UK. I specialise in creating and cooking bespoke menus for brand launches, corporate dinners, events and private clients' parties. I am also Head Chef for Charles Dowding cooking with his beautiful produce, for his renowned No Dig courses.
I am inspired by my Spanish living, Moro training, my passion for Italian flavours and beautiful produce from market gardens. Which, I had the pleasure of cooking with at my own restaurant in a walled garden in Helmsley, Yorkshire and now with the fantastic Charles Dowding.
